Kolarov To Divorce WAG And Eyes Up Italian Model

Former Manchester City defender Aleksandar Kolarov’s wife has reportedly filed for divorce after 12 years and rumours have surfaced of the footballer already having a new model lover. Serbian international Kolarov, 34, is reportedly divorcing his wife Vesna Kolarov after his move to Roma in 2017 reportedly created a separation between the two prompting the end of their 12-year marriage. An unnamed source, reportedly close to the couple, told local media: "It seemed their marriage would survive despite all the problems they had. “Especially after Vesna forgave him for the public affair with designer Kristina Mijacevic, with whom he has a child. Aleksandar managed to keep his family. “The marriage definitely fell apart when he went to play for Roma” going on to say “long-distance cost them their marriage. “Both their feelings and a sense of belonging together were extinguished and Vesna decided to file for divorce.” Kolarov allegedly had a 10-year affair with Serbian model Mijacevic but reportedly ended the relationship a short time after she became pregnant. Rumours linking Kolarov with alleged new love-interest Cristina Buccino, 34, have already surfaced. Buccino, 34, is an Italian actress and model, however the footballer has not made any comments on their alleged relationship. He was sold to Roma for 5 million EUR (4.2 million GBP) in 2017 on a three-year deal after playing for Manchester City from 2010 helping them win the Premier League twice and the FA Cup once. It is unclear if his wife decided to live in the United Kingdom or Serbia after the move. It is unclear why she did not move with him. The couple have a daughter, Una, who was born in 2011 and a son Nicholas, born in 2013. The footballer also has a son, Peter 4, from his alleged extramarital relationship with Mijacevic. (T4/ends)
