Paul Harte, 51, was taking his five-year-old daughter Jasmine back from her grandparents on Sunday around 7pm when he spotted the man staggering around on the A641 between Brighouse and Huddersfield, West Yorks. The dad-of-threes front and rear dashcams on his Nissan Juke captured the hilarious moment the Eastern European-looking man collapsed on the floor in what he believes was an effort to claim compensation. The footage shows the man meander into the road, wave his arms in front of Pauls car to get him to stop, before flinging himself on the ground and laying spread-eagled on his back. SEE MERCURY COPY
