Sebastian Pitts, three, from Manchester, wasnt expected to live after being diagnosed with Leigh Syndrome a neurological disorder that affects mental and physical abilities - at just seven-weeks-old. His parents, Stephen, 32, and Yvette, 30, were warned that their son only had 12 months to live but despite this, he is continuing to defy doctors every day.
