captionStory from Jam Press (Embracing Natural Body) Pictured: Neyleen Ashley. 'I got a botched nose job, two BBLs and underwent SEVEN surgeries to get the biggest breasts in the US – now I'm going back to my original body' A model, once known for having the “biggest breasts in the US”, has decided to embrace her natural body – after going under the knife seven times to achieve her huge chest. Neyleen Ashley recently hit the headlines for removing her implants. Now, the 34-year-old has shared the stark reality behind her cosmetic transformation, admitting that more than half of her surgeries – breast implants, BBLs, and a “botched” nose job – were done because “a significant other made me feel like I needed it”. She hopes her story will make others “think twice” before getting work done. Posting about her experience on TikTok (@notneyleenashley), the influencer has quickly racked up 88,500 views and over 2,800 likes from followers praising her honesty. “I first got implants at 18, but they were done wrong and didn’t heal right, leaving me with one breast significantly higher than the other one,” the mum-of-two, from Miami, US, told Jam Prime. “I got them fixed with new implants that were 650 ccs. “I loved them, and I finally felt happy and they fit my body perfectly. “But then, I started dating someone who has an absolute obsession with big breasts and [this] made me feel that I needed to go bigger just to get attention from him... at this point I still never felt 'good enough'. “So again, I went under the knife at a cheap plastic surgery practice, going the biggest I can legally go in the United States; 800cc saline implants, overfilled to 1,250cc. “I wish I’d had less work done.” After her first operation, Neyleen fell pregnant, causing the implants to shift as her breasts grew, leading to a second boob job and later, a third. The model also decided to have BBL surgery in 2017, spending around £4,000 ($5,000) on the procedure, with Neyleen kept awake for the operation. But the size still “wasn’t enough” – two years later, she paid £4,700 ($6,000) for a second BBL with fat injected into her bottom. It wasn’t until a “botched” nose job though that she finally decided to ditch getting surgery for good. She said: “Back then, it was the Kardashian era — like the bigger the better. “It was all about the shock factor to grow on social media. “That [first] BBL wasn’t enough, [so I had a second one]. “Then, I was approached by a plastic surgeon who offered me a nose job for free, if I documented it on social media. “He told me he could give me a perfect nose – it opened Pandora’s box. “But the results were a disaster. “At the first reveal of my nose, I noticed it leaning to the left and wasn’t symmetrical, but was told it would heal and look great. “It didn’t. “At my next follow-up, it was even worse. “It was the worst decision I ever made in my life. “Unfortunately, even my septum has been ruined and to this day, I can’t breathe as easily — my nose just pours out clear liquid all day. “After getting my nose botched, I realised just how many procedures I didn’t need, along with my nose, huge implants, and BBLs. “In total, I have spent around $15,000 on my surgeries, most of which have been collaborations, so I didn’t need to pay.” Neyleen has now decided to embrace her natural body, undergoing two BBL reversals, as well as removing her breast implants. People have flocked to comment on the model’s TikTok clip. Aileen commented: “This is so nice of you to make this honest video. Wish more people would talk about this.” Anna asked: “Please please show before and afterw.” [sic] “I needed this. Thank you for being so honest and vulnerable,” said Carina. Another person wrote: “Girlllllll at that point I think it was ur fault. Not society.” [sic] Neyleen added: “It feels empowering to be able to go through this journey and talk about it with honesty. “Hopefully I’m able to help someone think twice before they go under the knife. “ ENDS EDITOR'S NOTE: Video Usage Licence: (EXCLUSIVE) We have obtained an exclusive licence from the copyright holder. captionStory from Jam Press (Embracing Natural Body) Pictured: Neyleen Ashley.
