Place onto foamcore and trace outline with a pencil. STEP two Place foamcore onto cutting mat and cut out traced hexagon outline using utility knife or scalpel blade. STEP three Place the cut-out on the felt. Cut around the shape using some scissors, leaving 3cm spacing around the edges to fold over. STEP four Cut slits into felt at each corner of the cut-out to create six flaps to fold over each edge. STEP five Lay fabric hexagon down and place foamcore cut-out over the top. Apply glue to the edge and over to the back of one side on the foamcore cut-out. Pull fabric over edge and press down to stick. STEP six Hold fabric taut and glue opposing edge.
