AMAZING SPIDER CLOSEUPS WITH PIX By Charlotte Orie A photographer started being interested in spiders, after being bitten by one a few years ago. Lee Frost, 30, a sales assistant, snapped the shots in his garden at his home in Stoke on Trent. Lee was bitten by a spider in 2015 and after ending up in hospital with septicaemia, he got curious to find out why the spider had chosen him and started looking into it. He said: “ I was bitten by a spider that put me in hospital with septicaemia which very nearly caused me to lose my leg or if I had left it another 24 hours it could have been fatal. “After I recovered and got back home I started to look up online about spiders because I was just curious of why it had bitten me and after looking at many pictures online I was just amazed at how they looked close up. “Like all insects they are constantly in the move, so I use a flash that freezes the action. “My favourite is the jumping spiders, it's the eyes that amaze me. “ ENDS
