This is the moment a topless Russian strongman rides on the roof of a speeding car like Superman flying through the air before being pulled over by the cops. The incident, believed to have been filmed for an online video, took place in the city of Ussuriysk in the far-eastern Russian region of Primorsky Krai, bordering with North Korea. In the footage, the beefy young man is seen flexing his biceps at the camera before riding on the roof of a pal’s Toyota Celica through the streets. The half-naked man, only wearing a red pair of shorts and striking Superman poses, is apparently filmed by another friend in a car alongside the Toyota. In the next scene, the Toyota is seen pulled over to the side of the road by police officers. According to local media, the ‘Superman surfer’ and the Toyota driver were both fined by the police for different offences. The 23-year-old man who rode on the roof of the car, which he owns, was reportedly fined 800 RUB (9 GBP) for not having car insurance while his pal was fined 1,000 RUB (11.5 GBP) for transporting a passenger outside the vehicle. Netizen ‘Begushchiy ananas’ said: “The police have no sense of humour, all they want to do is fine you.” ‘Nokar’ commented: “What kind of Superman is that?
