Vikram Varma had insisted that prime suspect Vikat Bhagat could not have acted alone. Now Danielles family have confirmed that her case is being fast-tracked by Indian authorities as they try to get justice for the 28-year-old. In a statement they said: Danielles family remain hopeful that the truth in relation to Danielles untimely death will be made known and that justice in her memory will be done. It is expected that the trial of Vikat Bhagat, who remains the only person charged in connection with the case, will take place soon as it is being fast tracked by the Indian authorities.Mr Varmas explosive claims last March cast doubt on the police operation in Goa, India.
